My friend introduced Me to Star Stable. We have been playing since April 8th, 2016. We have a lot of fun and talk for hours on Skype while playing it. When We got to level 15 We were able to go into Dino Valley. When We first went in We noticed that We couldn't see each other. The first time We ignored it. Then it happened again. We called for pick up and went to Moorland Stables then We logged out and logged back in. After We logged in We were able to see each other again. We kept on going into Dino Valley to finish quest but after that We were invisible to each other again. A week went by and the problem was getting worse. Now it has been 4 weeks and We still can't see each other. We looked at Our ignore list to make sure We weren't on it. We reinstalled Star Stable, relogged in and out, restarted computer and changed servers. Nothing fixed it. We both contacted support a dozen times and They did nothing. They said They would look into it but They never did. SSO Team is not good with customer service. My friend and I keep contacting Them but They ignore Us like We don't matter. They never respond to Us or give Us information about this problem. We both paid money to play this game together and nothing gets fixed. We have been waiting for this to get fixed and We are very upset and disappointed that nothing is getting done. My friend and I don't know what the problem is. All We know is that Dino Valley had something to do with this because the problem happened when We went into Dino Valley. All We want is to be able to see and play together again. But to Us it looks like SSO Team only cares about is Their happiness and not anyone Else's happiness. SSO Team is a company that needs to do Their job to make Their customers happy at all times and listen to the problems that They are experiencing in game and fix it.
