So, as SSO have been mighty little help in this matter, I turn to forums. I’m brand new here and kind of went here because I can’t find anywhere else that might be able to help. 
Regardless, I can no longer open the SSO launcher. It’s kind of a long story, but the basics are that out of nowhere, the launcher didn’t respond at all when I opened it. Figuring it was a typical SSO-doesn’t-want-to-cooperate issue I closed it, rebooted the laptop and tried again. Nothing.
Uninstalled, rebooted, downloaded again. Went through that a number of times and cleaned out files, uninstalled other programs, updated everything possible on the laptop, rebooted internet and anything nearby just in case. Soon enough my laptop was also refusing to even let me install, but that one I eventually figured out.
But I still couldn’t open the launcher. My entire laptop had started acting odd as well, suddenly unusually slow and it’s a decent laptop. It would be weird if SSO could overwhelm it, to be honest, but after asking around it was suggested I just do a system restore. Which I did and bam, SSO worked again. For a week. Now the launcher is once more refusing to open and I’m getting a bit fed up. SSO has given me some truly awful advice and seems to be dodging the actual problems, not helpful at all. I can’t find anything similar online and I’ve reinstalled and rebooted and everything I can think of, but nothing happens. I’m not exactly hysterical, but I do have a bad habit of getting really worked up on this, specially since I’ve invested a fair amount of money into this game through Star Coins since I do like supporting the games I play. But since they honestly don’t seem very interested in helping me with this issue, I’m not sure what to do at the moment and it’s kind of stressing me. I have a club to run, horses to train and don’t want to miss out on the updates that’ll be coming out, either.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this or what I can do? I’m running it on windows, my laptop meets all the demands and I can’t see why it would suddenly go totally bonkers on me like this. Any help would be much appreciated!
