Feedback can mean giving new ideas, opinions, and suggestions. I've done all three I think from the idea of an area that always storms with pathways on the canyon walls where you can see others below and above you for perspectives and for fun chasing each other around=Thunder Canyon, suggestions on new breeds of dogs with pointed ears and being able to toggle between "rider" and "wild horse" in options, to my recent opinion on the English Thoroughbred gallop that could use some tweaking.
This is what I sent to Star Stable through messages on Facebook "I have an observation about the english thoroughbred gallop. Lots of people are saying it's weird, but the biggest problem I see is the head bobs around and kinda goes to one side. I watched racehorses in slow motion and then realized that the neck wasn't moving as much as the head. All other gaits from the walk to canter are very realistic! So if you ever update it (or never fix it) that would be the only thing to work on, making the neck move in rhythm to the horse's stride. To make this more understanding, pretend you're a racehorse in full gallop. Move your head in a little circle with a little more lean to one side without moving your neck. When you do it quick enough you can get a bit dizzy. That's how the english thoroughbreds look while running in full gallop. Now try to move your head forward using your neck and then back into position. It's more straighter, less dizzier, and the head stays in one place (for the most part). That's the difference "
It makes sense right? I wasn't being like "you have to fix it!" Hopefully I came across as friendly, but not like forcing them to change the gallop because a ton of people say it's weird
It seems like in the community, some talk about problems amongst themselves instead of giving actual feedback. There's the ones who do give feedback, which is great, the more feedback we give Star Stable, the more they can improve and the better we can make this game by working together! Then there's that small group that gives 10/10 reviews on everything and when some people are complaining about something, those people are like "I see nothing wrong" (saw one of those with the gallop). And there's the people like me who want to say something, but are also scared to do so hoping they don't come off as rude.
In conclusion we should make sure Star Stable has proper feedback that's mature (because just complaining doesn't help anyone), but we should also understand that not everything can be fixed like that as no game is perfect. It might be mostly perfect, but each game has their flaws
