Full map of Jorvik (theories & possible spoilers)

I don't know if anyone has made a thread about this already, but have you guys seen the map of Jorvik in the Ödesryttarna: Jorvik Kallar book?
I went and merged together the currect SSO map, the map in the Ödesryttarna book and the map in Star Stable 1-4 games.

Do you think SSO will make all of this? To my understanding this book has been released only very recently (like in May?) so I would think they really are planning on making Jorvik this big eventually. There are places from the previous Starshine and Star Stable games like Pine Hill Mansion and Dark Code headquarters (I need this in the game!!). The location of Lisa's house is also marked on the map, in Jarlaheim. This makes me think of the house on the hill near Sunfield Farm and Tor's Heel, I don't think that house has been introduced at any point in the story yet. Could this be a possible spoiler that we will meet Lisa's family in the future? In the Starshine games Lisa's father works for Dark Core so it would make sense.
There's also another new place in the map called Harald's Vineyard, in Epona. So far I don't think there's a character named Harald in the game, the closest we have is Harold (a baker) in Silverglade Village.
Some locations in the map are a bit off like the Secret Stone Circle and Ashland maybe too? I think Ashland is further east than it's located in the book's map.
I'm about to start reading the book now, so maybe that will give an explanation to Lisa's house and Harald's Vineyard and possibly some other clues for the future. Has any of you read the book and what do you think of all of this?

Seeing all this potential makes me really excited. I don't know which way they are taking, but I have the old Winter Riders game, and I love the places in that one.
